All services are available both in-person (North East Scotland) and online, so you can get the support you need—wherever you are.

Brave Guided Journeys(Subscription)
Brave Guided Journeys are designed to give you the space, guidance and practical tools to work on yourself at your own pace. They bring together therapeutic insight, reflection, exercises and guided practices to help you understand what you’re feeling, recognise the patterns that may be holding you back and begin making positive changes.These aren’t about simply watching a few videos and hoping things change. They are about taking an active part in your own journey, with structure and support to help you move forward.Whether you’re working on your confidence, emotional awareness, stress, self-esteem or simply wanting to understand yourself better, there is a Brave Guided Journey to help you take that next step.EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
Release emotional tension and restore balance. EFT combines gentle physical tapping on pressure points with spoken affirmations to help reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. It’s a simple yet powerful tool to calm the nervous system and shift how we feel in our body, often bringing immediate relief and clarity.

I work with children, young people, adults and families from all walks of life. You don’t need to have a “big reason” if something feels heavy, confusing or just too much, that’s enough
That’s totally okay. You don’t need to have the right words or know what to say. Our first session is about gently getting to know each other. We go at your pace, and nothing is off-limit
Yes. I offer in-person, at my office in Ellon – 125 station Rd Ellon, AB41 9AZ. I also offer online and telephone sessions, text messaging sessions, and walk and Talk sessions, so we can find what works best for you and your life.
Sessions usually last and hour. Some people come weekly, others less often however we’ll figure out a session plan that feels right for you, and it can always be changed if it is not working.
You can book a free 15-minute call to talk things through. There’s no pressure just a chance to see if it feels like a good fit.
Fees are normally £50 per session however for children and young people there is a 20% discount. There can will be a milage surcharge, if I am travelling to you to cover the cost of fuel and travel etc.
I’ll always be upfront and transparent, however if cost is a barrier, let’s talk about options.
Yes. Everything you share is confidential, unless there’s a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. I’ll explain this clearly at the start so you feel safe and informed.
